Cyndy Cantu, the passionate founder of CyndyC Photography, has been capturing cherished moments for nearly seven years. Born and raised in Midland, Cyndy grew up familiar with the world of photography, thanks to her father’s work as a wedding photographer.

Her journey into photography was deeply personal—though photography was always around her, it wasn’t until recent years that she decided to pursue it for herself. Using her father’s camera, she found a love for family-style photography and quickly realized how much joy it brought her. He became her mentor, her soundboard, and her biggest supporter. Over the years, she also had the opportunity to work alongside the talented Kimberly Cowan, gaining invaluable experience and forming a lasting friendship.

Specializing in family sessions, cake smashes, newborn, maternity, and event photography, Cyndy thrives on creating a fun and relaxed environment. Her favorite sessions are those where families can be themselves, allowing her to capture genuine, heartfelt moments.

Armed with her Canon camera, Cyndy takes pride in preserving the special milestones in her clients' lives. To her, the best part of being a photographer is knowing that the moments she captures will one day bring a smile to someone’s face as they look back on them.
